Joy V. Bitonio

Joy Bitonio began her real estate career in May of 2006 after joining Cypress Retail Group.  She started in a marketing/administrative capacity and worked in management prior to her transition as an Associate Broker in January 2008.  In this new role, she is backed by a comprehensive training program led by Bob Haas & Bob Walsh, specializing in retail/restaurant Tenant and Landlord representation in the North Los Angeles trade area.

She plays a pivotal role in servicing clients such as 24 Hour Fitness, Bed Bath & Beyond, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Yogurtland, and Dollinger Properties.  Resourceful and detail oriented in her approach, Joy has worked on numerous projects for tenant and landlord clients, including corporate committee packages, tour preparation, market research, and tenant canvassing.

Joy graduated summa cum laude at AIU where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.  She received cum laude designation with an AA degree in Entrepeneurial Business Management at FIDM.

Joy is a Southern California native and continues to live, work, and play in the Los Angeles area.  She is an avid supporter of philanthropic organizations that reflect her passion for child welfare, animal sanctuaries, and environmental conservation.  She is an active member of ICSC and X-Next (X-Team Retail Services Network) and attends industry events such as ACRE.
