Briana Sheppel

Briana joined Cypress Retail Group in June 2009 as marketing and administrative assistant. In this new role, she is backed by a comprehensive training program led by Bob Haas & Bob Walsh, specializing in retail/restaurant Tenant and Landlord representation in the North Los Angeles trade area.

She plays an integral role supporting the brokers and managing the administrative tasks in the front office. Various responsibilities range from tour presentations and marketing information on represented Tenants and properties to managing proposals for potential Tenants. Current clients for these projects include 24 Hour Fitness, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Yogurtland.  

Briana graduated from Pepperdine University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations with a special emphasis in International Relations.  She studied for an academic year in Italy and held a marketing internship with Nestle Switzerland at the national headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Briana participated on Pepperdine’s NCAA track team and enjoys staying active. She takes advantage of Southern California’s temperate weather with outdoor recreational activities.
