Scott Manclark

Scott joined CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in 1984, where he specialized in retail leasing and sales in South Los Angeles County for 10 years. Scott was a Senior Vice President when he resigned in late 1994. His expertise has been in all phases of the retail development process including the representation of both shopping center owners/developers and national/regional chain retailers. Scott has completed in excess of 400 real estate transactions representing a total consideration in excess of $400 million and totaling more than 2 million square feet of retail space. In 1995, Scott founded Cypress Retail Group with partners Bob Haas and Robert Walsh. Cypress Retail Group has gained a reputation with chain tenants and the retail development community as one of the top brokerage companies in the Greater Los Angeles market.
