Andrea Garcia

Andrea joined Cypress Retail Group in 2002 as a marketing, leasing, and administrative assistant.  Her extensive training under Bob Walsh and Bob Haas, both former CB veterans, allowed her to quickly transition to associate salesperson.  Her knowledge of North Los Angeles County and Ventura County has allowed her to effectively represent shopping center owners, developers, and chain retail and restaurant users.

Prior to becoming a salesperson for Cypress Retail Group, Andrea received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University Northridge.  She held the position of Treasurer for the Professionals in Human Resources Association/Management Association while at CSUN.  Her background in business has provided her with a competitive edge in analyzing opportunities for her retail and landlord clients.

Andrea has been integral in the expansion plans of tenants such as Jenny Craig, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Massage Envy, The Habit Burger Grill, Dickey's BBQ, and The Nail Forum.  She is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers & X-Next of X-Team and participates in the ICSC Next Generation program.
