Robert Walsh

Robert Walsh, a founding partner of Cypress Retail Group, has developed and executed real estate strategies for retailers and landlords throughout Southern California for in excess of 20 years.  In 1995 Walsh co-founded Cypress Retail Group to provide customized brokerage service for a select group of shopping center owners, developers, and retailers.  Since its inception in 1995, Walsh's strategic direction and deal-making acumen have helped the company grow into one of the finest commercial real estate brokerage firms on the West Coast.  Walsh and Cypress Retail Group have been recognized for their achievements in numerous circles including the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Prior to co-founding Cypress Retail Group, Walsh had been with CB Commercial for a decade.  At CB Commercial, Walsh became one of the top salespeople in the region earning him Vice President status.  His strong performance during his tenure at CB eventually earned him recognition as a top retail broker at both the local and national levels.

Presently Walsh continues to help lead Cypress Retail Group by overseeing a team of dedicated and motivated individuals committed to completing a high volume of transactions while maintaining the same quality and attention that current clients value.
