Robert Haas

Bob began his real estate career in 1984 at Coldwell Banker Commercial/CB Richard Ellis in Glendale, California, where he specialized in retail leasing and sales in North Los Angeles County. His expertise has been in all phases of the development cycle and has included the representation of both shopping center owners, developers and chain retail and restaurant users.  Bob was one of the original founding members of CB Commercial Retail Tenant Service Group where he represented chain retail and restaurant tenants in Southern California for four years and was a consistent top producer.

In 1995, Bob co-founded Cypress Retail Group with partners Scott Manclark, Robert Walsh, and Dave Binney.  Cypress Retail Group has gained a national reputation with property owners, retailers, restaurants, and the retail development community as one of the top Brokerage companies in Southern California. 

Bob has received numerous awards and recognition while at CB Commercial and Cypress Retail Group.  He has served as a speaker and moderator at numerous ICSC, Acre, X-Team, and other industry meetings.  Bob is a founding member of X-Team, a national organization of major market boutique retail broker firms, currently numbering almost 32 companies, of which Cypress Retail Group is the Los Angeles representative.
