Description	Ralphs-anchored neighborhood center which was developed by Newhall Land and Farming Company and opened in Fall 1996. Cypress Retail Group pre-leased 90% of Phase I of the project prior to construction being completed. Phase I consisted of approximately 13,000 square feet of shop space and the leasing was completed within two months of the centers completion at and above pro-forma base rents.
