The Collection at Downtown Burbank is the second phase to the Burbank Entertainment Village located in downtown Burbank. The Collection will be a mixed-use project with luxury residences above the retail component. Across Palm Ave, a pedestrian arcade, is the AMC 16-screen theaters , one of the country's top grossing movie theaters.
