Premiere Office Superstore Opens New Location in Santa Clarita, California

Office specialty giant Office Depot signed a 10-year lease for 20,000 square feet in a new project at Golden Valley Parkway & Soledad Canyon Road. This is their first location in the Santa Clarita area. and they were represented by Robert Haas of Cypress Retail Group. The new store opened in February 2006.

Requirements: 18,000- 20,000 square feet
