Bristol Farms Closes Escrow in Palm Desert, California

Gourmet grocer Bristol Farms has recently executed the purchase of a property located within the Plaza de Monterey shopping center at 73101 Country Club Drive in Palm Desert, California. This is their first location in the Coachella Valley. They were exclusively represented by Timothy Genske of Cypress Retail Group in this transaction. The new store will open in the third quarter of 2006.

Bristol Farms specializes in hard to find specialty cuisine and is a continuous favorite of the Zagat groups marketplace surveys year after year.
