K & L Wine Merchants to Open Doors Soon in L.A.

K & L Wine Merchants, a high-end wine and spirit retailer based out of the San Francisco area and founded in 1976, has recently signed a lease for its first Los Angeles location at 1400 Vine Street in Hollywood.  Cypress Retail Group represented K & L Wine Merchants in securing the + 8,770 square foot location, which is scheduled to open sometime in the 3rd quarter of 2006.
