Longs Drug Store Under Construction in Downey

Cypress Retail Group has completed a 20-year ground lease for a shopping center pad large enough to build a + 15,800 square foot Longs Drug Store at Downey Landing in Downey, CA.

The new shopping center was completed and opened in late 2005 and is anchored by Ross, DSW, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, PETsMART, Ballys Fitness, Staples, Chilis, Elephant Bar and Johnny Carinos. Longs is expected to open their store in late 2006.
