Fresh and Easy opens 62nd location in Manhattan Beach, CA

On July 2, 2008, Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market opened a flagship store of 16,500 square feet in at the SEC of Rosecrans Ave & Redondo Ave in Manhattan Beach, CA, alongside a new 20,000 square foot Office Depot and a to-be-constructed 10,000 SF Beverages & More!.  The Landlord, Continental Development, was represented by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group in all transactions.
