City National Bank opening soon in El Segundo, CA

City National bank recently executed a lease for a new retail location at the northwest corner of Rosecrans Ave and Douglas Street in El Segundo, CA.  The 3,096 square foot location joins existing co-tenants Starbucks and Noah's Bagels.  City National Bank expects to open in September of 2008.  The Landlord, Continental Development, was represented by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group.
