Dress Barn signs lease at Jess Ranch Marketplace

Dress Barn opened it's doors in May of 2008 at it's newest Southern Californnia location at Jess Ranch Marketplace in Apple Valley, California.  The 7,200 square foot location sits between Mervyns and Winco Foods, and other co-tenants in the center include Target, Staples, PETsMART, BEst Buy and Bed Bath & Beyond.  Dress Barn was represented by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group.
