Paul Martin's American Bistro now open in El Segundo, CA

"Eat organic. Believe in sustainable. Buy local. Love fresh." is the mantra of Paul Martin's back-to-the-farm American Bistro. The Roseville, California restaurant is a long-nurtured dream of local resident Brian Bennett and long-time colleague and chef Peter Serantoni. Together they teamed with restaurateur Paul Fleming to make it come to life.  The restaurant recently signed a 10 year lease and has opened its 2nd location, consisitng of approximately 7,100 square feet, on Rosecrans Avenue in El Segundo, California.  The Landlord, Continental Development, was represented by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group in this transaction.
