Longs Drugs opens small store in Venice, CA

In June of 2007, Longs Drug Stores opened its first small-format location in Los Angeles County at the northwest corner of Main and Rose Streets in Venice, CA.  Longs signed a 10 year lease for the 5,600 square foot urban location, whichhs subterranean and public street parking for its customers.  Longs was represented by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group in this transaction.
