BevMo! coming to Manhattan Beach in 2009

Beverages and More! has just completed a lease for a new retail location that will open at the southeast corner of Rosecrans Ave and Redondo Ave in Manhattan Beach, CA.  The new +/- 10,000 square foot BevMo! will open 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2009 and is adjacent to the recently opened Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market.  The Landlord, Continental Development, was represented in this transaction by Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group.
