Gateway Center Signs 3 Retail Tenants

Gateway Center, a new 11,400 square foot retail pad development at LAX Business Center located at the northeast corner of Sepulveda Blvd and Grand Ave in El Segundo, CA, has recently signed leases for 3 of its 5 available spaces.  Rubio's Mexican Grill (2,354 SF), Pastagina! (1,838 SF), and Xceed Financial (2,328 SF) have all completed leases in the new retail buildings, which are under construction and should be ready for tenant occupancy in June of 2009.  LAX Business Center is owned by JH Snyder Co., which hired Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group to exclusively market and lease the new retail buildings.
