Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies Opens Its 13th Store in Burbank, CA November 20th, 2009

Cypress Retail Group exclusively represents Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies in Los Angeles County.  The company, which is a 40-year old family business, continues to expand in spite of the recession.  Centinela wants to open 4 stores per year in Los Angeles County and Orange County.  In addition to several major brands, Centinela carries its own private label products, and is vertically integrated with it’s own freight and distribution systems.

Tim Genske is the single point of contact at Cypress Retail Group.  He represented the tenant in the Burbank lease transaction.
