Home Expo Opens New Location in Van Nuys

Home Expo, will continue to provide quality home improvement products with the lease signed on September 2nd for their second showroom in Southern California. Tim Genske and Joy Bitonio of Cypress Retail Group, part of the national brokerage network X-Team, helped negotiate the 5,850 square foot space in The Palms at 5840 Sepulveda Blvd. in Van Nuys, California. Home Expo will join Petco, Carpet One Floor & Home, Beverages & More, and FedEx Kinko’s at this location.

Home Expo carries upscale factory-direct products with customized designs by their team of experienced engineers and designers. They customize ornate wrought iron gates, doors fit to remodel, and elegant wood cabinets. Other quality home goods include real stone or wood flooring.
