Chipotle Opens in Glendale

Cypress Retail Group is pleased to announce that the national chain, Chipotle Mexican Grill, opened a new 4,300 square foot location at 132 N. Glendale Avenue. Bob Walsh, of Cypress Retail Group located a quality site easily accessible from the 134 freeway and also near the New Americana at Brand and Glendale Galleria shopping centers. Adjacent co-tenants include Trader Joe’s, Men’s Warehouse, Ralph’s, Nordstrom’s Rack, Staples and Barnes & Noble. Bob Walsh represented and negotiated for Chipotle in this transaction.
