Glidden Paints Signs Lease for New Location in Canoga Park

Cypress Retail Group is pleased to announce the arrival of Glidden Paints into a 5,450 square foot space in Canoga Park. The new location adjacent to the Westfield Topanga Mall is at 21729 Vanowen Street, Canoga Park, CA. This well-located and easily accessible building is at the signalized intersection of Vanowen Street and Owensmouth Avenue and highly visible from the street. Glidden Paints will join existing tenants including Cycle Gear and Patio World. Other area tenants include Target, Nordstrom, Macys, Neiman Marcus, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, & more. Cypress Retail Group made negotiations in this transaction with Joy Bitonio representing the Landlord, SE Warner, LLC.
