Jersey Mike's Subs Now Open at The Summit

The first business in The Summit at Calabasas is now open to the public! Owners, Joe and Lisa Sutter hosted Jersey Mike’s Subs’ grand opening on June 9, 2010 initiating with a City supported ribbon-cutting ceremony. From June 9-13, they hosted a 5-day fundraiser supporting Lupin Hill Elementary School and Arthur E. Wright Middle School. "We firmly believe that as a small business owner it is our responsibility to help support the community. For us, helping the children and schools have always been second nature," said Sutter. “We are really pleased to support both these great schools, which have been instrumental in our lives."

The restaurant enjoyed a strong opening with a steady line out the door throughout the first week. The Summit will host a collection of high-end retail and restaurant uses. The new Calabasas Jersey Mike’s is located along Lost Hills Road, easily accessed from the 101 Freeway. The Summit’s anchor tenant, Maddy’s Market, anticipates opening 3rd Quarter 2010. The center will soon offer new dining options to the Conejo Valley with Wolfcreek Restaurant & Brewing Company and Senor Fred’s Fine Mexican Restaurant expecting to open this fall as well.
