Cypress Retail Group was formed in June 1995 by Bob Haas, Scott Manclark, Bob Walsh and Dave Binney, all former retail brokers with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. Its principals created Cypress Retail Group to provide the most comprehensive, innovative and specialized brokerage services to property owners, developers, retailers and restaurant operators  throughout Southern California. Their experience, a combined tenure of more than 100 years, and deal-making acumen have allowed Cypress to become one of the finest brokerage companies of its kind.

Cypress Retail Group has successfully executed hundreds of lease and sales transactions, many of which are high profile and have helped shape the dynamic Southern California urban retail landscape over the last decade.  The company's commitment to stay atop industry trends by investing in the latest technology and provide the most sophisticated research analysis have allowed its clients to succesfully face the challenges of a changing real estate market.

Cypress has also represented many of the region's top developers, marketing some of the most recognizable shopping centers in Southern California.
